Just wanted to send you a note to tell you what a wonderful experience we had working with you. I know we were extremely picky on what we wanted but you definitely persevered!! What we so appreciated is your honesty and openness in telling us (even though we wanted the house) this house isn’t for you. You never veered from our ‘must haves’ including the ‘bathtub’ and I loved it when you brought us back to reality when we lost that multiple bid. We love our new home in The Beach!! Thank you again.

From the time I first called Tim to see if he could list my condo I knew that I was getting so much more then a Realtor. He did much more then exceed my expectations (and not only because he sold my condo in 3 days at a record price for the building) but also because he was so very professional, incredibly knowledgeable and also a great friend the whole process through. I enthusiastically recommend Tim! The first time I worked with Tim was in 2007 when he helped my husband and I purchase our first home in Mississauga. We were so impressed by the way Tim listened to exactly what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect home in only a few visits! We were luckly enough to work with Tim again this past summer when we decided to sell our home. At a time when the market was uncertain and we were concerned about losing money, Tim had an offer in only 5 days for more than we had even planned on listing it for! Tim not only helped us to stage our house in order to get the most money possible, he had viewings arranged before the house was even on MLS! I worked with Tim after a less-than-positive experience with another agent. I come from a family of Brokers, so my standards were very high – and he exceeded them at every step of the way. He found me an amazing condo unit in the neighbourhood and price range I was looking for, and he was patient with me at every step of the buying process. He made sure that my expectations were realistic, and his knowledge, his engaging personality and his ability to show the pros and cons of everything really helped me in the process and in making my final purchasing decision. I am very happy I had Tim as my realtor. There were a few issues with my house and I was worried it would be on the market for a long time or I wouldn’t get the price I wanted. I was referred to Tim by a friend at work, and was pleasently suprised when I found out he was a member of the family. What really impressed me though, was how well informed he was, flexible, incredibly helpful, and he lead me through everything I needed to know. My wife and I provided Tim with a list of “wants”, “needs”, and “desires” when searching for a home in 2006. We visited a number of properties, all of which had the criteria we were looking for. This made the selection quite hard, however we’d rather make a tough decision with many great options, rather than a tough decision with mant poor options. We have also recommended Tim to a number of our close friends and he has provided them with superior service and results.

All we can say is WOW in regards to Tim’s assistance in the selling of our house. From the time we were getting the place ready to the time the deal was finally closed. He was there in every step of the process, especially in the preparation to listing the house (he even got us moving boxes to pack our excess stuff from our house and helped us clean windows…..now tell me how many agents give that kind of hands on service!!). Tim gave us the utmost attention in getting our place ready by telling us what furniture should stay in the house and which should go to make the house more attractive to the potential buyers.
Once the offers came in, Tim informed the potential buyers that we would like a specific closing date (which we got) as well as over asking which was a bonus for us. He explained the entire listing process from start to finish and everything was very precise. From the initial market assessment presentation to the presentations of the offers by the buying agents Tim knew what he was doing and he paid close attention to every single detail.
