Tim is a highly knowledgeable, responsive and client-focused Real Estate Professional. He has an incredibly strong level of knowledge of market conditions, and if he does not know the answer he will research it in detail and will provide as much information as possible to his client. We were also impressed – on the multiple occasions we’ve hired Tim – with his level of integrity and genuine interest in the needs of his clients. I am very happy I had Tim as my realtor.  There were a few issues with my house and I was worried it would be on the market for a long time or I wouldn’t get the price I wanted.  Tim quickly put my mind at ease and helped immensely with the issues.  He was always willing to listen to my concerns and very prompt at offering solutions.  I felt comfortable with Tim in charge of selling my property and would recommend him in an instant.  He was and still is genuinely interested in my well being.  As it turns out, my house sold in one week for well above asking price and I have Tim to thank for that!

I was referred to Tim by a friend at work, and was pleasently suprised when I found out he was a member of the family.  What really impressed me though, was how well informed he was, flexible, incredibly helpful, and he lead me through everything I needed to know.  I was on quite the emotional rollercoaster at the time, and  he really made the process easy.  Tim really tuned into who I was, and helped me find just the right place for me.  We looked at a few places around the city, and I just happened to fall in love with a condo right off Church Street.  I was a little hesitant when Tim wanted to show me the place, but the moment I walked in, the space resonated with me, and I knew I had found MY home.

My wife and I provided Tim with a list of “wants”, “needs”, and “desires” when searching for a home in 2006. We visited a number of properties, all of which had the criteria we were looking for. This made the selection quite hard, however we’d rather make a tough decision with many great options, rather than a tough decision with mant poor options. All we can say is WOW in regards to Tim’s assistance in the selling of our house. From the time we were getting the place ready to the time the deal was finally closed. He was there in every step of the process, especially in the preparation to listing the house (he even got us moving boxes to pack our excess stuff from our house and helped us clean windows…..now tell me how many agents give that kind of hands on service!!). Tim gave us the utmost attention in getting our place ready by telling us what furniture should stay in the house and which should go to make the house more attractive to the potential buyers.

Once the offers came in, Tim informed the potential buyers that we would like a specific closing date (which we got) as well as over asking which was a bonus for us. He explained the entire listing process from start to finish and everything was very precise. From the initial market assessment presentation to the presentations of the offers by the buying agents Tim knew what he was doing and he paid close attention to every single detail.
